The bathroom was quite large, the bed confortable and the personnel is very polite and speaks a good English. The AC was enough powerful to keep the room fresh even if outside was very hot, even using it for a few hours.

We arrived late, after 11 p.m., and the man at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and very clean. I especially liked the crisp, ironed white sheets and duvet.

This hotel had a neat and functional room with a bath! The breakfast was very good and there were lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. Good location in terms of transport into Geneva.

The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet.
